The 2008 12U STTF Razorbacks Red Baseball Team is a new AAA or Major
level youth baseball team, and is Managed by George Jones, Coach David Elam, and Assistant Coach David Foreman. The goal and purpose of this team is
to provide an instructional environment with a focus on advanced fundamentals, position skill development, and knowledge of the game
whith a larger emphasis of advancing and competing at the highest level of select baseball game play.
There will not be any Special Instructors assigned to this team, and Speed & Agility will be included in the Practice Plans and provided by George Jones.
There are a total of 11 Roster positions, with invitations to roster based on a tryout process. ( See 2008 Tryout Registration )
Any interested player who does not turn 13 by May 1
of 2008, is invited to tryout for the 2008 12U Razorbacks Red (AAA) select baseball team. Tryout dates are scheduled for December 15, 2007, January 5, 2008, and January 12, 2008. Online Registration for these 3 dates is available.
Existing Razorback players are eligible to tryout for roster positions on this team without jeapordizing their existing 12U Razorbacks White (AA) roster positions as long as they have met the requirments for rostering the 12U Razorbacks White (AA) roster.
